AM- 3 miles easy AC route. Went nice and easy this morning. Legs felt heavy and sore, but nothing too painful. Yoga afterwards
PM- 5 miles TRT Chuckawalla Trail. Went up pretty chill, but it was hard. When we got to the end, the view was really kewl. The way back was super fun! I experienced a whole different kind of running! Coach led us down really fast. It didn't feel very hard, but just the experience of going quick (on a trail) is amazing! Way fun time.
