AM- 4 miles easy Starbucks. Made it pretty far today, legs are dead, gotta go to bed earlier tonight.
PM- 4 miles easy Dope Loop (Sandburgs edition). Ran behind Home Depot and Walmart which is somewhere I've never ran before so that was cool. Yoga after with Fiji Mcalpine was dope and relaxing. Totally found inner peace. I wonder if there's any way we can get her to visit our team! That'd be so wow she's epic.
