Goals for the week:

Monday: Hit my times on the 1600s (really focusing on the 3rd). Going for times of 5:31, :29, :27, <:27 for a successful workout.

Tuesday: For the time trial, I am really pushing towards a 4:45, but will not limit myself to that. If I hit 4:45, it will be a successful race for me. Going to focus on pushing the pace (no matter what it is) at the 1000 and keep speeding up until the very end.

Wednesday: Going 24 minutes again for the AT. Goal Pace: 5:45. Focusing on the beginning of the 3rd lap because that's where I usually start to slow down.

Thursday: I think we're doing hills (right?) for 800, I'm going sub-2:40 on all. 400, going sub-1:15. 200s will all be sub-32. Feeling like these are going to end well this week, but we'll see.

Friday: Show up and have a nice run.

Saturday: 15 minute LT. Goal: 5:25. This time I'm going to hit my time regardless of who I'm with. Never going to settle; giving it a hard push from beginning to the end. Treating this one this week as a race.

Looking for nice week of workouts.
