I would say my best running accomplishment is getting to the point where running was fun and not crappy

1. I wanna get back to how I used to be running a half marathon 1:15:00.00

2. I want to run the St George Marathon 2:45:00.00

AM- 3 miles easy AC route Plyos afterwards. 

PM- 1.5 warm/cool, 4x1600s (goal 5:29), 2x600. Went 5:35 on the first just kind of off a little. 2nd one 5:55 don't know what the freak happened. Just kind of zoned out when people started passing me. BUT the difference between this week and last week is that I bounced back after. Didn't let the 2nd one throw off the rest of the workout. Went 5:35 on the other 2 and pushed big negative splits in the last 800s. 600s were 47, 47.

AM- 3 miles easy Bridge 5 AM. Cold. Hate waking up so early.

PM- 4 miles easy w/8xstriders. We went up foremaster which felt kind of killer, but it was alright. Not as bad as I had thought it would be. Really nice run. Muddy striders afterwards.

Race- Warmed up 2.5 cooled 1.5. Started in the lead and got my 1st mile at about 5:11. 2nd mile I just could not focus and get in the zone. Person after person passing me! I know I could have gone but I just don't know why I didn't. Coach says I need to start believing in myself if I want to reach my full potential. I agree that that's been a big problem with me. Decided I wanna run the 3200 again on Tuesday and hopefully I can have a strong race there.
