AM- 3 miles easy AC. Legs felt a little heavy this morning but that's all.
PM- 1.5 warm/cool, 2x1000s@95%, 2x300s. Great workout. Hard, but great! Went by on the first one at 3:06 and the second at a 3:11. It seemed like pretty much everyone was a little slower on the second one which is kind of weird. 300s were good too! :46 :46. Just a little bit better, but I feel like I am starting to develop at least some sort of speed.
