AM- 3 miles. It surprises me how good I'm getting. I remember back when 3 miles was just a dream that I thought was impossible to me. Now, I do more then that every day!

AM- 3 easy. Felt kind of easy and hard at the same time. I didn't feel all in it this morning.

PM- Harts (1.5) warm/cool. Did 4 mile repeats. It was hard.

AM- 3. It is beginning to feel really easy to come to these morning runs. I sure hope I never get into the habit of not coming again.

PM- Fricken hard workaout! Harts warm/cool.  600, 400, 300, 200, 100 x 2. It was really hard. 100 recovery in between. Also, I really need to get into the habit of blogging more...

AM-  3 Mi. Byron, Matt, Dave, and I were all a little late (5 minutes). We went way fast! 6:30 pace around was what Matt said. My hip flexer is really sore lately. It's starting to mess up my runs. I asked coach yesterday what some good stretches are for it.

AM-3. Morning runs are beginning to be way easy for me and I'm actually excited to go run every morning. Haven't missed a run for like 2 weeks now! Ran to Arctic Circle and back to the highschool. One of the best morning runs yet.

PM-5. 1.5 Harts warm/cool. We were gonna go to Desert Hells for a JV meet, but they ended up cancelling it so we did a workout. 8x400. Goal time: 1:20. Hit: 1:19, 1:19, 1:21, 1:22, 1:20, 1:23, 1:20, 1:19. It was really hard, but I pretty much hit my times for it so that's good!
