I would say my best running accomplishment is getting to the point where running was fun and not crappy

 

Short-Term Running Goals:

1. I wanna get back to how I used to be running a half marathon 1:15:00.00

2. I want to run the St George Marathon 2:45:00.00

Become a marathoner

Marry a smokin hot runner wife

Live my unaccomplished high school running dreams through my children

AM- 4 miles easy Sunrise. Nice easy run and felt chill.

PM- 90 minutes w/ 2x(1:00, 2:00, 1:00) fartlecks and striders after. The temperature was roughly 108 so not quite as hot as last week haha. Afterwards I was a human salt flat haha.

AM- 4 miles easy sunrise. Nice run, but my legs are sooo dang tired from yesterday. Luckily we have an easy afternoon run today too.

PM- 4 miles easy in the neighborhood by PV. Just a nice chill adventure run and we ran through places I've never been before... and the middle school junk track haha

AM- 4 miles easy AC. Getting ready for that TT later!

PM- Time Trial #2 10:36.8 (TT #1: 11:03). Super solid day from the team. Ran this a Bloomington Hills North Park and we showed some awesome improvement. Our top 7 guys were in front of our 1st guy from last time trial. Also our top 7 had a 9 second split. 9 SECONDS. That just really excites me. We're a wolf pack. Personally, I felt pretty good the whole time and took 6th (still only 8 seconds behind Dallen who was in first) and got a 27 second pr on the course.

Afterwards, we had 2x800s at 5k race pace. I hit 2:40 then 2:33

PM- 45 minutes easy Prospector. Great afternoon run. Super hot our today and I sweat my brains out.

AM- 30 minutes easy. Pretty chill morning.

PM- 30 minutes grass run. This run was sooo freaking fun! Started as just a regular grass run, but it turned into a sick game of girls vs boys in a keep away/rugby. It was way dope.

Happy Birthday to Coach Holt! What a guy!
