Great effort today by the guys. Felt good for all of us and we should be able to build up to 6 laps next time. Great grouping. I personally was fine, I sweat a lot, but it was fine. Could've done 3 more laps haha. |

| | AM- 8.5 Long Hill (4.2 uphill). This was a mentally tough run. I've kind of grown to expect myself to be strong on runs like these... There was one point near the end (Nick, coach and I were the remaining of the mountain goats) when coach and I started to get gapped by good ole hell raiser. I used my anchor and it suddenly felt like I could do so much more than I believed I could (I love anchors) and I caught up with Nick and finished the uphill with him alongside him. Best run this year yet. it was tough stuff.
PM- 45 minutes easy up to the top of the mountain (10,700 ft)
