AM- 3 miles easy AC. Nice run this morning. Yoga afterwards. Legs are SO sore from yesterday! Hard to even sit down!
PM- 4 miles easy, 8xstriders Sullivan Park route. Ran to the park and did striders there and then just ran back. So glad it was an easy run today because my legs are just unbearably sore.
have to start drivers ed tomorrow :P I think that I'm going to just start going to sleep an hour earlier every night and just wake up at 5 to run because I really don't want to miss out on the mileage.
