AM- 3 miles easy. Felt pretty normal this morning. Nothing hurt, kept up fine, good run! AC route.
PM- 6 miles w/striders (half a mile warmup). Struggled a bit this run. My legs hurt so bad at about the 5th mile to the end. I kept up until we had about a mile to go and then I started to fall off. Super tired as well on this run. Striders afterwards went okay and I did them normally.
