I would say my best running accomplishment is getting to the point where running was fun and not crappy

1. I wanna get back to how I used to be running a half marathon 1:15:00.00

2. I want to run the St George Marathon 2:45:00.00

AM- 30 minutes easy. Lots of guys there this morning and it was a fun time. According to Hell Raiser, we were going 4:40 pace the whole time so I guess you can say we're doing pretty alright. This morning's run was our race for the week haha. Can't wait for Murray next weekend. Get to race with some northern teams! Our wolf pack is ready to prey on some newbs

PM- 2x(3xminute sand hills) I did much better than last week! Stuck in the top 5 for most of them. Focused on starting off a little chiller and finishing strong

Fun Fact: Heard that the Davis JV guys went 1-26 then 28-35 in their preregion race yesterday hahaha
