AM- Time Trial 1. Still feeling pretty sick. I was appointed to lead the first mile and I was worried a little bit about how I've been feeling lately, but I was able to do it for the team. I stayed up pretty much until 600 meters to the finish and I just died there. Ended in 9th. Big eye opener: our team is good. I am good. We're killing it. Not sure what my time even was. My job was to lead the first mile and I did it, had a bad day today but you'll see a lot of Preston Warby this season! XC4Ever 運行叛徒

You did awesome. You did your job exactly how you were supposed to. Next week you'll be feeling better and be able to finish stronger. 11:03. I am estimating about 20-30 secs slower than our home course. So 5:30 pace with another 1 would be 16:30... That is pretty good on that course, especially at this time of year. Anyway, good work today.
