PM- Shoe Run then 1x(300,200,100) with our spikes. It was a pretty nice day today, but it was hot and windy. Last "workout" on the track until next year.

LIVE UPDATE: For those of you who have seen me with my shirt off, you know I have had this "thing" growing on me for the past couple of months. It has created an internal conflict between myself when wanting to run shirtless. So this afternoon, I was contemplating state (as well as this "thing") and so I decided that I was brave and had to conquer my fears on the track as well as on my body. (Here's where it gets grusome. DO NOT READ ON IF YOU ARE PRONE TO NOT LIKING GROSS THINGS): I took my nail clippers, situated the "thing" in between the blades, counted to three, and pushed as hard as I could. It did not work and it did nothing but make it bleed uncontrollably. I then decided it was now or never. I could run with my shirt on forever or destroy the beast! So I situated my nails on either side of the "thing" and I yelled and pulled as hard as I could. It ripped off! Blood EVERYWHERE! It is gone. I should hopefully have nothing but a small scab for a couple days and then back to normal. Just goes to show that you can conquer your fears and everything that is holding you back.

Think of how heavy that thing was and how it was holding you back. No better time than the present to get a speed mod for state.

That thing was freakin weird. Mad respect bro.
