Today we ran the Mustang Pass trail at Green Springs. It was really fun and it was very good scenery. I always love the runs over there because of the surroundings. I felt pretty good I guess. I fell a little behind and then caught back up. On the way back, me, Jake, and Nick decided to slow it down a bit (which was really nice cause I was dying). I woke up today with my heart rate at 87 bpm from just a 66 the day before. Could somebody explain the whole heart rate thing? Like what does it mean when your heart rate is high or low?
