AM- 20 minutes easy Arby's. Legs are feeling nice and fresh. Trying to visualize a lot today.
PM- 45 minutes w/4x30sec fartleks. It was SO FREAKING HOT today and I wanted to sweat a lot so I did. Umm... We went Sandbergs and did our fartleks around the pond. I was feeling strong on them. Herriman is tomorrow!! Ready to go out and run the race.
