AM- 4 miles easy Starbucks. Felt nice this morning, but Andrew wasn't there to ask what everyone had for dinner so that was a bust... I really wanted to know!

PM- 2 miles warm/cool, 6x800 @3200 goal pace (2:29) w/120 beat recovery (1-2minutes). Really great workout and it didn't seem too hard. I went 2:30, 2:29, 2:29, 2:28, 2:28, 2:28. Had a great group of me, Andrew, Dallen, Jake, Mitch, and Alex! Nobody had an off day today and it was great. Now just gotta do this in a race and I'll be set for state! Little bit of weights after, but I couldn't stay long cause I had to get home to go to dinner :P

Retook the APUSH unit 7 test and I'm feeling I'm borderline this time! Last time I got a 17 when I needed an 18 to pass. Also speaking of APUSH, I coulda got my first kiss in that class today! But sadly there were no volunteers...

BLOG BEAST(S) OF THE DAY goes to all the Desert Hellians for their awesome races in Chandler, Arizona. They all did freaking beast, and Tuba City ran a 9:27 or something so that is dope!
