Am- 3 miles easy AC route. Felt Monday morning soreness in my legs this morning, but didn't affect me much. Plyos afterwards. Felt good.
PM- .5 warm, 1.5 warm, 3x1000m 95-97%, 1.5 cooldown. Today felt way too easy. I hit 3:45, 3:39, and 3:38. I kinda wish we had to do more it felt so easy. Still pushed it, but wasn't too much of a challenge. Did feel a little nausea because I are right before. Legs felt great. Hopefully I feel this good at the race tomorrow!
