AM- 2.8 miles AC. Felt really nice this morning and legs are feeling aight. I feel so in shape.

PM- 1.5 warm, 1x1000@1600goal, 1x(300,200,100). Just a nice workout to get the legs moving quick. The 1000 was alright, but it could have been way better: 2:50. Nobody was brave enough to go with me and help to push (because all the guys who are used to running 1000s ran a 600). I don't think my crew realizes how fast it is and was supposed to be. 300 was :45.6x, 200 was :28.8x, 100 was 13.9x. Not the fastest of times, but it was a nice push. Getting ready for region! Not quite sure what I'm doing yet, I have some choices to make.

BLOG BEAST OF THE DAY goes to Josie Bushar for being a beast girl on my team, not to meantion her good looks. She's very fast and is really nice. Everyone go check her out.

AM- 2.8 miles easy AC. Still keeping low mileage in the mornings. Good way to start the day, but I'm really bugged that the guys don't recognize me as the lone inventor of the Water Bottle+Tennis Ball (a beast dope game) and that Gatorade Bottle+Orange is a knockoff that isn't even half as fun... Also nobody believed me that I got 38 on my test instead of 37 and that the scantron just messed it up.

PM- 3.2 miles w/4x200s. Felt not that hot today because of the storms. 200s were nice and I tried to visualize region. The Pine View Championships youngster meet was today. Landon (my bro) won the 100 in his age group with a close call against Horspool. He brings honor to the Warby name.

So I am, in fact, doing the varsity 3200 at region. I'm feeling too confident not to!

PM- We had no AM practice today from now on until state. Just a quick summary of region. Dallen qualified in the 3200 by placing 4th which was super dope! I had a cruddy race, but I'm getting pumped for state. Today we had a nice easy run with some fartleks in there. Really fun. Ran down to the river trail. Played some wall ball afterwards. Sorry I've been lazy with the blogging. Just the end of school has me kind of stressed. APUSH test was today and that went okay. We're just going to have to see when the scores come out.

AM- Adventure Trail Run out on Grapevine/Bracken's loop. Took this run on my own with my gopro and got some sick nature pics. Took some different trails than I usually do and I discovered this cool little lava rock canyon and so I ventured into there and that was really really cool!

BLOG BEAST OF THE WEEK goes to Definition Dallen because he qualified for state. What a beast.
