| | AM- 3 miles easy. Was going to take my 2 week break, but then I was given the oppurtunity to go to Footlocker so I can redeem myself there!
PM- .5 warm, 1.5 warm, 2x1 mile repeats (non track) w/400 recovery, 4x200s hard, 1.5 cool. Felt pretty average on this workout and actually surprised myself on the first one with a 5:35 which is faster than my mile PR last year on the track. Ran my second one a lot slower with a 5:51. I don't know what happened, but I did notice I felt sick afterwards so maybe that's it. The 400s went surprisingly well. Not sure of my times though.

| | AM- 3 miles easy AC route. Just a few guys this morning.
PM- .5 warm, ran to sunrise hill, 4xhill repeats, run to PV. Felt pretty good on these hills, but it completely wrecked my legs! Finished average on all of them, which means I probably could have done them a bit better.

| | AM- 3 miles easy Dirt Mile. I decided to run up to the dirt mile and do a couple laps because the course at Footlocker starts with 2 dirt half mile loops that are just like the dirt mile.
PM- 4 miles easy 2450. After playing 4 hours of volleyball with F5 plus some other guys, I ran home from 2450.

| | AM- 4 miles easy dirt mile loops. Felt really good this morning and kind of sped through it... Almost mock raced it because I'm so excited for Footlocker next week.
PM- forgot to go on a double today.

| | AM- 5 miles w/2 miles tempo. I got together with Andrew, Cam, and Jake for this run. We did a big loop in the fields. Our first mile in the tempo was a 6:16. A little disappointing, but our second mile was 5:51. Felt pretty good this morning.
